The whole picture

Built around the work you do every day.

Designed for

  • Businesses running ERP or web applications online
  • Teams without in-house infrastructure staff
  • Companies moving from local servers to the cloud

Business software is only as dependable as the servers behind it. SmartCode Systems helps you set up and look after cloud hosting for ERP, websites and custom applications, so the technical work has a clear owner.

We start by reviewing what runs where today: your provider, servers, databases, access, backups and monthly cost. From that we propose what to set up, migrate, tighten or retire, and which routine tasks we will handle for you.

Responsibilities are written down: what we monitor, what we back up and how often, how issues are reported and who can approve changes. Cloud provider charges are billed by the provider, and service levels, support hours and response times are agreed in writing.

Clear scope

Know the deliverables, responsibilities and acceptance steps before delivery starts.

Practical handover

Put the agreed configuration, documentation and guidance into the hands of your team.

Room to grow

Plan follow-up improvements around your priorities and the systems you already use.

More specific questions?
Talk to our team ↗

Which cloud providers do you work with?

We start from your current provider and workloads, or help you compare options if you are still choosing. Share what you use or are considering, and we confirm the scope and any provider-specific requirements before quoting.

Who pays the cloud provider?

Provider charges are billed by the provider to your account unless the project agreement says otherwise. Our fee covers the management work and is quoted separately.

Can you look after software you did not build?

In many cases, yes. We review the application, its hosting and its documentation first, then confirm what we can support and what needs the original developer or vendor.

What happens if something goes down?

Issue reporting, response targets and escalation steps are agreed in writing before the service starts, together with the support hours that apply.
